We provide crop mapping and variable rate prescription maps now. HarvestHawk AgriSystem Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of HarvestHawk AgriSystem Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. The HarvestHawk name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of HarvestHawk AgriSystem Ltd.
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.
Descriptions of our services on the Site do not constitute a contractual offer. All services are subject to separate terms agreed between HarvestHawk and the client at the time of engagement.
Submitting a quote request or enquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract. A written quote is the price you pay for the acreage and work described. It changes only if the site review shows the fields or the work differ from what was described, and we will tell you before any work starts. Dates remain subject to weather, airspace restrictions and operational availability.
Full service terms are agreed in writing when you book. This summary sets out the points that come up most often.
Barley is an AI-powered chat assistant provided to help answer general questions about our services and point you to the right part of the Site. Responses are generated automatically and, while we aim for them to be helpful and accurate, they may occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect.
Nothing said by Barley constitutes professional, technical, or legal advice, a binding quote, or a contractual offer. Any pricing, availability, or service details discussed with Barley are indicative only and must be confirmed directly with a member of our team before you rely on them.
Your use of Barley is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply, and the three lawful bases (consent, contract and legitimate interest) on which we process personal data. Please do not type personal data into Barley; use the callback form if you want us to contact you.
Access to the HarvestHawk Farmers Portal is governed by separate terms and conditions provided at the time of registration. Portal access is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or terminated if these Terms or any portal-specific terms are breached.
Participation in the Hawk Greener Growing evidence and benchmarking programme is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined during onboarding. All data collected through the programme remains farmer-owned. Any external use of programme data is anonymised and aggregated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
