What you see

Open it on a phone at the gate or a laptop in the office. Everything we have ever done for you is there, field by field.

Every field you farm
Each field with its name, acreage, crop, growing season and what3words location, kept up to date from our site survey rather than typed in by you.
Maps, season by season
The stitched map and plant-health map from every visit, grouped by season under each field, so you can compare this year with last.
Barley's Eye crop reports
A plain-English reading of each map, written by a person and checked before it reaches you, with the sources it draws on named.
A GPS-logged record of every pass
Product, rate, date, area and conditions for every application, downloadable for your nutrient management and scheme records.

What you can do

Request a job
Pick the field, the service and the window that suits you. We confirm the day, and if the weather moves it, you see the new slot and can accept it or ask for another.
Ask us to add a field
Give it a name and a what3words point for the middle of it. We check the location, confirm the acreage at the survey and add it to your farm.
Quotes, invoices and contracts
A written quote to accept, invoices to view and download, and agreements signed on screen, all kept in one place.
Message us
One conversation per farm, so the question you asked in March is still there in August, with our answer.
Add your team
Your agronomist, your manager or a family member, each with exactly the tabs you choose. Fields and jobs without the invoices, if that is how you want it.
Decide what we send you
Job updates by email or text, our news separately, and an unsubscribe that stops the news without stopping the job messages.

Your data, your rules

OwnershipMaps, prescriptions and records are yours. Download them whenever you like and take them to whoever you choose.
Who sees itYou, the people you add, and the HarvestHawk staff on your jobs. Nobody else, and never sold or shared.
SecurityOne-time codes instead of passwords, every action logged, and the data held under UK GDPR with the ICO route in our privacy policy.
RetentionRecords are kept for the period your scheme and tax rules need and then removed, and you can ask for yours sooner.

Questions about the portal

Does the portal cost anything?No. It comes free with every HarvestHawk service, with no subscription and no catch. It is where we deliver your maps and records, so it is part of the job, not an extra.
Who can see my farm?You, the people you add, and the HarvestHawk staff working on your jobs. You choose which tabs each person on your farm can see, so a contractor or family member can see fields and jobs without seeing invoices.
Whose data is it?Yours. Maps, prescriptions and records belong to you, and you can download them. We keep a copy for our records and to deliver the service, and we never sell or share farm data with anyone else.
How do I log in?With your email address and a one-time code, so there is no password to lose in the yard. The address goes to portal.harvesthawk.co.uk and it works on a phone.
